Our tariffs given below depend on the number of people per room and the season. We offer specials and discounts for holiday makers staying for 2 nights or more and also offer corporate rates for long term business stays or regular stays of 2 nights or more per visit.

New Biggin

Double or Family room containing one double and one single bed with large window overlooking the village and countryside. Tariff from £60 - £120 (subject to occupancy and season).

Bardsea

Double room containing one King size bed with two windows overlooking the fabulous Morecambe Bay and the countryside. Tariff from £60 - £100 (subject to occupancy and season).

Baycliff

Superior Double or Family room with one double, one single and one single pull out bed. The large bay window gives you outstanding views over the Bay across to Blackpool. Tariff from £75 - £140 (subject to occupancy and season).

Great Urswick

Double room or Family suite with one double bed and an inter connecting lockable door through to Little Urswick containing bunk beds. Windows in both rooms have wonderful views over the Bay. Tariff from £60 - £140 (subject to occupancy and season).

Little Urswick

Bunk bedded non en suite room for those on a tighter budget who are happy to use the separate but private bathroom along the corridor. This room has views out over the Bay which more than makes up for it being a non en suite room. Tariff from £30 - £60 (subject to occupancy and season).

Gleaston

Twin bedded room with superb views over the Bay across to Blackpool. Tariff from £60 - £90 (subject to occupancy and season).

Scales

Twin bedded room with amazing views of the Bay and countryside. Tariff from £60 - £100 (subject to occupancy and season).

Leece

Compact Double non en suite room for the cost conscious traveller with a separate but private bathroom along the corridor. Tariff from £45 - £60 (subject to occupancy and season)To service the non en suite rooms there is a separate W.C, shower room and full bathroom.
